The world of fire engineering is experiencing rapid change due to external factors such as climate change and responses to it, as well as advances in technology. Collaboration and knowledge sharing across all aspects of the industry are vital if we are to fast-track the innovation in equipment, systems, resources, training and skills needed in the profession in the future. This talk will look at how the IFE and FIA can help firefighters influence future technical developments in the industry.
